How Everclad Law Group
handles your information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to evercladlaw.com and to communications you send us through the site or by email.
1. Who we are
Everclad Law Group, PLLC is a New York personal injury law firm with its principal office at 70 East Sunrise Highway, Suite 605, Valley Stream, NY 11581. References in this Policy to “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Everclad Law Group, PLLC. References to “you” mean the visitor to evercladlaw.com or anyone communicating with the firm through the site.
2. Information we collect
We collect two types of information through the site:
Information you provide directly
When you submit a case-review form, call us, or email us through the addresses listed on the site, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, the date and nature of any incident, and other details about your situation. You provide this information voluntarily.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider, our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4 via Google Site Kit), and our search-console integration may collect standard log information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and date and time of visit. This information is used in aggregate to understand site usage and improve content. It is not used to identify you personally.
3. How we use the information
- To respond to inquiries and requests for case reviews;
- To follow up with you about a matter you have raised with the firm;
- To send you communications relating to a representation, if one is established;
- To improve the content, structure, and performance of the site;
- To comply with legal obligations, professional rules of conduct, and court orders;
- To investigate and prevent fraud, security incidents, and abuse of the site.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers (hosting, email, analytics) who process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services;
- In connection with a representation, with experts, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties as the matter requires — and only after a representation has been established with a signed retainer agreement;
- When required by law, court order, subpoena, or to enforce the firm’s legal rights;
- With your consent.

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
